The following article handles about the painter Juan de Solís, who has been active in the Spanish Court during the second quart of the 17th century. We are told about different matters like his naming «pintor de las Caballerizas» of the Queen in 1640 and his death in 1654 and other ones already published are being specified. We also become to know about new signed works that will surely extend your little catalogue.
