Different architectural works —or projects that have not been executed— all through the XVIth century and the beginning of the XVIIth, supervised by eminent figures as Vasco de la Zarza and Alonso de Covarrubias, or others even less important as Garcia de Alvarado, foreman trained at the Escorial, are studied in this paper. It is impute to Lorenzo Vázquez the achievement of one of the cloisters at this monastic group.
